What makes you different from other recruiters?

Put simply, we delve further into what makes our clients and candidates tick.  As well as knowing which questions to ask, we utilise behavioural analysis techniques to deep-dive and really gain a full picture about what our clients and candidates need to make them successful.

How do your prices compare to traditional recruitment agencies?

Our prices are comparable to those offering a standard recruitment process, however our process offers a greater insight and therefore better value for money.  Our services are of course free to candidates!

What industries do you work in?

We work with clients across a range of industries. Currently many of our clients are within Professional Services but the strength of our experience means we can flex and adapt to recruit for pretty much any organisation who wants to hire not only based on a CV, but on a deeper level.
